You can store image files on flickr.com and then use them in your blog posts. Just click the tree icon when composing a post and paste in the URL that you get from Flickr.

Phanfare Schools Program – Phanfare Support

Phanfare is a new web service for storing and organizing photos and videos. What surprised me was they offer free accounts for schools and non-profits. It looks like you can have unlimited storage of full size digital files. This could be used as a content management system. It has a great search capability.
