I just discovered WriteToMyBlog which is a free online web editor for blogs. It uses TinyMCE for WYSIWYG editing. I currently use Performancing as an editor built in to Firefox which is very handy. I also use Wordpress' own editor to post most topics, but this looks like a nice alternative. you can insert images form Flickr and movies from Youtube. You can also do highlighting. You can even do tables within your post.

I'm now going to post this message and see how it handles categories.
